If you live in the city, then you'll know full well that inner city living often means either an apartment or a self-contained house.
The problem with these types of dwellings is the space and when you're limited on space you have to think very carefully about how you use it in order to get the most out of it.
Here is a fantastic example of contemporary design where they have used every millimetre of space to its absolute entirety and the end result is nothing short of extra ordinary.
Owning an urban residence is probably one of the best things for active people. They can enjoy the benefits of a well-designed home and a fresh garden in the proximity of social and entertainment facilities.
Located in Brisbane, Australia, this residence was renovated and worked on by interior designers who were clearly focused on achieving a modern, sophisticated bright place to live.
It sounds like a cliché but this home is all about mixing old and new, there is clearly a huge contemporary feel to the place but it still has its integrity. High ceilings, fretwork, restored timber floors and a front elevated veranda overlook the pretty surrounding suburb.
All 4 bedrooms and the study are spacious with the master suite located on the upper level, boasting a private balcony that overlooks the pool area, and is serviced by a simple and stylish bathroom.
