Ground floor

From the church square the front door opens into a large kitchen / dining room (41 sq m) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling, exposed stone wall and modern fitted kitchen area with island unit. To the rear of this room a doorway leads through to the sitting room (19 sq m) with tiled floor, exposed stone walls, exposed beam ceiling and a traditional limestone Charentaise fireplace. A character-ful wooden staircase rises from the kitchen to the first floor landing (with exposed stone walls).
